Fold POS comes from Fold Laundry, a laundry and dry-cleaning service. We wrote the software we couldn’t buy.

Fold does wash & fold, dry cleaning, same-day service, and free pickup and delivery. We looked for software to run it on, and everything we found was built for some other kind of store.

Nothing we could buy knew what a comforter was.

So we built our own. A counter that prices a bag by the pound, a shirt by the piece and a hem by the job. Tags that know which order they belong to. A back room that sees what the counter sees. A text that tells the customer it’s ready before she has to call. And Hey Fold, so the person at the counter can say the order with their hands full.

We run our own stores on it every day. When it gets in our way, we fix it, and the fix reaches your store too.
